An exterior branding prototype was developed and was applied to 76 locations through out Ontario. Each exterior renovation included new twenty five foot high icon facade that incorporated signage, lighting, and entrance canopies, new store front glazing that was well suited to the new interior layout, and new insulated building envelopes. Each location used a well designed kit of parts and was tailored to each specific site. Consultant & Construction coordination became quite involved due to the fast track building schedule which had to work around building operation hours. Location of role out stores included London, Kitchener the greater Toronto area and Ottawa. Andy Verhiel, while under the employ of II BY IV Design Associates, was a significant member of the design team responsible for the interior branding prototype which was implemented in the new Ontario renovation program.
