An existing church group on site is working to replace their aging church with a new residential building containing a ground floor church designed to support their dynamic outreach initiatives. AVA designed studio has been retained to develop a design that will meet their needs as well as provide a financially viable long-term plan aligned with a sound urban design approach. The proposal includes 61 residential suites, a double-height church space with associated support facilities, and a small retail component. No projected construction start date was established.
