An existing historical industrial building on King Street in Toronto, near Spadina Ave., was in need of restoration and improvements to bring it to the standards of the thriving King West neighbourhood. AVA design studio was retained to provide the design to restore the building, upgrade the interiors and accent the historical character of the building with contemporary interventions such as the glass roof box, atrium and rooftop patio. This project was completed in CAD, with renderings in Photoshop; Project was completed in 2016.
